Store policies
Effective September 19, 2026
Shipping
Most products are made after checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Standard US delivery is included in the $17.76 price of America Knox No. 001. Any available delivery upgrades, shipping for other products, and applicable sales tax are calculated at checkout. Orders with different production partners may arrive in separate packages. Tracking is sent when available for each package.
Final sale
All made-to-order apparel, accessories, home goods, and printed releases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, preference, or change of mind.
Damage or error
Report a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item within 7 calendar days of delivery by replying to the order confirmation. Include the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Approved claims are replaced or refunded to the original payment method.
Cancellations
Production can begin shortly after checkout. Cancellation requests must be made within 1 hour of purchase and are not guaranteed once production begins.
Privacy
Order, payment, device, and delivery information is used to operate the store, prevent fraud, fulfill purchases, provide support, and measure site performance. Payment details are handled by the checkout provider.
Order terms
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping is additional unless the item states delivery is included. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Product color and print placement can vary slightly. America Wins may correct errors, reject fraudulent orders, or cancel an unavailable item and issue a refund.
Product origin
We do not make an unqualified Made in USA claim. Product origin and production location vary by item and supplier.
